Congratulations to MMA fighter Michael Wheeler on his latest fight at Modern Gladiators on April 24, 2010 in VA Beach. Michael fought a tough three round fight, displaying much improved bjj skills to complement his striking abilities. The judges saw this fight as a “draw”, but after careful review and encouragement by many in attendance, we are protesting the decision. We’ll keep everyone at the academy posted. Keep encouraging and helping Michael with his training, as he prepares to step into the cage again in the near future.
